GfE Gesellschaft für Elektrometallurgie mbH was founded in 1911 and is today one of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of high performance metals and materials.

The product spectrum ranges from metallic and ceramic materials for coating technology through master alloys and functional materials for the aircraft industry up to technical powders and vanadium chemicals. The high quality tailored products are used in many different fields of application.

Approximately 400 persons are employed at our works in Nuremberg and Freiberg.
