ATMOSPHERIC SINTERING

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY

In our atmospheric sintering furnaces, refractory metal oxides such as Ta₂O₅, Nb₂O₅, HfO₂, Y₂O₃/Zr₂O₃ and ZnO/Al₂O₃ are sintered to semi-finished products for the PVD Coating Technology. The geometries (slug/granules/cathodes/tubes/etc.) of the coating materials are adjusted to our customers' specific coating equipment. The sintering temperature can reach 1,700°C.
