PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY

In the manufacture of products for the PVD Coating Technology according to the requirements several powder preparation technologies are combined in order to guarantee optimal product properties with the respectively used raw materials. Thereby the technology is chosen according to the chemical behavior of the used powder (metal or oxide), its grain size, surface texture (morphology) and the mixture partner (in the production of powder mixtures). The surface activity of the powder is also very important for the choice of the technology. If necessary, auxiliary mixture and compaction adds are used in order to relieve the processing.

Different types of disintegrators, preparation and classing aggregates, mixing devices and granulation facilities are used according to the specific production process.
