GfE Gesellschaft für Elektrometallurgie mbH acts as a holding company, the operative business is carried out by the subsidiary GfE Metalle und Materialien GmbH and GfE Fremat GmbH.

The corporate objective of GfE Materials Technology, Inc. and of the Liaison Office Shanghai is to locally support the distribution of GfE products in North- and South Amerika as like as in Asia.

GfE is a subsidiary of AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V., Netherlands, a global leader in the production of specialty metals and metallurgical vacuum furnace systems.
